Carl Jones

Carl Jones is a member of Best Best & Krieger’s Business Services and Health Care practice groups, with a twin emphasis on health care law and water law. He assists health plans on a broad range of legal issues, including contracting, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. He also provides guidance to water districts and mutual water companies as they navigate open meeting requirements and compliance with the Corporations Code.

Carl earned his law degree at Chapman University, where he edited the Chapman Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.  As a result of his interest in contracts and entertainment, he graduated with an emphasis in entertainment law.  He now applies that knowledge to his transactional work.

In his free time, Carl enjoys writing Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, painting, and reading fantasy and science fiction books.”
