Damian Northcutt

Damian Northcutt is a civil litigator in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s business practice group.  Of Counsel in Best Best & Krieger LLP's Ontario office, his practice includes all stages of litigation, mediation, and arbitration.  
 
Damian's practice focuses on both public entity defense litigation and private disputes concerning civil, commercial, real estate, and contract law matters.
 
Damian has worked with numerous public clients including Western Riverside Council of Governments, the County of Shasta, Idyllwild Water District, and the cities of Colton, Fontana, Ontario, Long Beach, Palm Springs, Pomona, and San Bernardino. 
 
Damian is admitted to practice in the State of California, all U.S. District Courts in California, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
