Andrew E. Fausto

Andrew is an associate in the Municipal Law practice group at Best Best & Krieger LLP and has experience in supporting public agencies on a broad range of transactional matters related to municipal government. As an associate, he brings his expertise in supporting public agencies on a broad range of transactional matters related to municipal government.
 
Before joining BBK, Andrew focused his practice on delivering comprehensive general counsel services to government agencies and educational institutions across California. With his extensive experience in the public sector, Andrew is adept at navigating complex regulatory frameworks and providing practical solutions that align with the goals and mission of his clients.

Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) with a concentration in Business Law. Throughout his time in law school, Andrew actively engaged in various leadership roles and extracurricular activities. As the president of the Hastings First Generation Professionals student organization, he led efforts to promote inclusivity and support for first-generation law students as they navigated their legal education and entry into the legal profession. Andrew also served as a Staff Editor for the Hastings Communication and Entertainment Law Journal.

Andrew grew up in South Gate and enjoys discovering culinary gems throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
