Partner Glen Price was recognized in the guide for renewable energy and is the leader of the firm’s Energy practice. He works with landowners and renewable energy developers throughout the state of California on the installation of solar, wind, biogas and geothermal projects. Glen also assists public agencies set up and manage Community Choice Aggregation programs with the negotiation of long-term power procurement agreements.
Ryan Baron, a partner in BBK’s Energy practice group, was recognized in the guide for energy regulation. He provides strategic counsel to public agencies and private clients on all aspects of utilities law. Ryan also serves as general counsel to public agencies and practices in the areas of utilities regulation, administrative law, environmental law and infrastructure development. He regularly advises on business, regulatory and transactional matters related to energy, climate change, stormwater, solid waste and air quality.
