Kimberley A. Byrens and Danny Kim are both ranked for the first time in the area of California: Public Finance. Byrens works on a variety of transactions as either bond, underwriter’s or disclosure counsel and serves as bond counsel to municipal clients throughout California. Kim is an experienced municipal bond lawyer with a professional accounting background and regularly assists government agencies in financing capital projects in the public finance market.
