Sexual Harassment Avoidance Training for Non-Supervisors
In compliance with Senate Bill 1343, passed in 2018, California employers with five or more employees are required to provide sexual harassment training for all employees—within six months of their role and every two years thereafter. This includes temporary and seasonal employees, who must receive training within 30 days of hire or 100 hours worked, whichever comes first.
Don’t risk non-compliance and sign up for Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) live webinar which satisfies the full requirements of SB 1343. This interactive session ensures your team is not only compliant but also educated on key issues like sexual harassment, abusive conduct, and gender-based harassment.
