Tammy L. Ingram
Tammy Ingram is a paralegal in the Environmental Law & Natural Resources practice group at Best Best & Krieger LLP. She has three decades of experience working in the legal field with public agencies, private companies and individuals.
Tammy’s work as a paralegal focuses on environmental law and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) litigation, including state and federal trial and appellate courts and is BBK’s Local CEQA Guidelines coordinator. She assists attorneys with the procedural aspects of litigation, including analyzing data and preparing administrative records in complex environmental proceedings and appellate proceedings, legal research, and the initial drafting of motions and other legal documents. Tammy assists attorneys with providing customized CEQA Guidelines to more than 70 of the firm’s clients. The CEQA Guidelines are updated annually in compliance with changing legislation. Under an attorney’s supervision, Tammy also assists clients in responding to Public Records Act requests.
Tammy’s past legal experience includes bankruptcy, family law, employment law and civil litigation. She is able to coordinate and organize multiple cases, and is proficient in civil procedures in state, federal and appellate courts in California.
Prior to joining BBK, Tammy was a legal assistant with the Law Offices of Barbara B. Milliken, where she oversaw the employment and civil litigation practice. Tammy received her paralegal certificate at the University of California, Riverside.
