Additional ESG Disclosure Requirements Coming for Public Debt Issuers?

This article addresses the environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks that investors want to be made aware of when buying securities. In an effort to ensure transparency, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed rules on ESG disclosure for corporate securities.
