BBK Partner Scott Ditfurth Named a 2023 Litigation Trailblazer
The National Law Journal Recognizes Litigation Trailblazers for the 10th Consecutive Year
Best Best & Krieger Partner Scott Ditfurth was selected as a 2023 Litigation Trailblazer by The National Law Journal which honors legal professionals who have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technological advancements in litigation.
Ditfurth, who leads the litigation practice group at BBK, is a civil litigator with an unwavering commitment to bringing compassion to eminent domain cases and public property disputes that capture local and national attention. He continually educates public entities on non-traditional methods of negotiating mutually beneficial agreements related to eminent domain. Focused on water, transportation, and municipalities, these eminent domain initiatives advance public projects for the greater good.
Ditfurth’s 2023 Trailblazers recognition further solidifies his work with public agencies to effectively and properly acquire property rights for public projects and infrastructure.
