BBK Named One of Bloomberg Government’s 2024 Top-Performing Lobbying Firms

Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Government Affairs practice has been named one of Bloomberg Government’s Top-Performing Lobbying Firms for 2024. The annual report, released on April 1, recognizes firms that demonstrated strong business performance across key industry benchmarks.
Bloomberg Government’s analysis reviewed Lobbying Disclosure Act filings from every lobbying firm registered with the Senate and House during 2024. The report focused on firms that reported at least $1 million in revenue and maintained active lobbying efforts in each quarter of 2024.
Top-performing firms were identified based on a combination of five performance metrics: revenue growth, growth in average revenue per client, both short- and long-term client retention rates, and revenue per registered lobbyist. The selection methodology also accounts for the reporting structure of lobbying disclosures, including the legal threshold for client spending reports.
